Must be at least 22 years or older. For example, if you would like to stay September 1 - October 5. You would pay the first 28 days of September ($2195) and then the balance of the new lease would be prorated for 7 days. This way, you have greater flexibility with your temporary housing and don't have to be locked into full month lease. -No long-term tenant rights apply. -No smoking, illegal drugs, gatherings/parties. -We value our neighbors and ask our guests to maintain quiet hours from the hours of 9PM and 8AM. -Guest pays for their background/credit check and if approved, sign rental agreement -Positive reference required from past rentals. -Exterior cameras are in use. *Government issued photo ID may be requested prior and/or during the rental period and must match each adult guest * A rental agreement must be signed for each 28 day period.

Please be mindful of that when booking. ** *Must be 22 yrs old to rent *Maximum of 2 people. * Not suitable for guests 12 years old or under * No pets/animals (cats, dogs, birds, snakes, ferrets, etc.) Guests under age 18 must have adult supervising him/her/them** Guests under the age of 18 years old cannot be left alone on the premises. *ALL ADULT registered guests must read and understand these rules and sign the rental agreement prior to staying at the property. The Lack of knowledge or understanding of these rules does not dismiss the guest from the legal ramifications and obligations of the rules. *The person(s) who made the application and any adult staying in the space will be required to have a favorable background/credit check(s). The applicant (s) must be the person staying at the property. **Guests are not to receive mail or packages and are not to send mail or packages from the property. Guests will need to set up a temporary PO box or a use a business that can receive/send mail on the guests' behalf. **Do not use this address for any type of account creation/ establishing residency/ financial/legal statements or transactions, etc. *Guest shall not have the same overnight guest or any other guest for more than 1 night, and no more than a total of 4 nights per 28-day rental period. *NO Parking of an RV/boat *Single ply TP is the only thing that can be put down the toilet, due to the septic system. If a septic pump out or plumber's visit is required and it is determined that the guest was negligent and flushed something other than single ply TP, the guest may be required to pay for unit 2's septic pump out or plumber's cost. *In order to keep the interior space clean, we ask that guests remove shoes when inside the property *We ask our guests to leave the property in a clean condition (same condition they received it minus wear and tear) without the guest(s) trash on the floors or counters, as well as no missing items. The patio should be picked up of all personal patio trash. Dishes used by the Guest must be cleaned and returned to their original spots. *Prior to check out , Dirty towels used by the Guest(s) must be put in the clothes bag I supply. Please do not put the bedding on the floor-just leave it n the bed :). *We do not charge a cleaning fee for basic cleaning, however if above mentioned or other additional cleaning is required, the guest/s will be charged accordingly. * We ask guests to pick up after themselves. - Any product spilled, stained, chipped, odorous, etc. on the furniture, bedding, carpets, floor, shower, sink, counters, etc. must be immediately cleaned up as it occurs. The floors and furniture, etc. are porous and can be stained. * In the rare event excessive cost of time and materials to replace/repair damages occurs to the interior and/or exterior of the space, and any loss of money for non-use of the property due to replacement/repair time, will be billed to the guest. Photos will be provided. * No candles or incense, etc, are to be lit inside the home. Candles, Incense, etc. will be considered ash and will require a cleaning fee of a minimum $100.00 dollars per incident. *Not responsible for guests' vehicle/s. *Garbage pick-up- guest is responsible for putting out city garbage can(s) weekly with waste and bringing city garbage(s) can back to side of property.
