Work remotely from home and live in the woods. It's a win-win. I am asking $5500/mo including utilities (electric, propane, water). The house is on a soft listing for sale (i.e. not on the MLS) so renters must accommodate the occasional potential buyer with coordination (or try out the house before you buy :)) The house is 12 min drive from N. Broadway. I am willing to negotiate the price if the person is willing to help with the property (yard work, fire mitigation, carpentry, snow shoveling, snow blowing etc.) Note: the lease is only for 6 months to avoid winter, if the situation arises that you want to stay we can renegotiate for a winter rental situation.

1. 6 months with option to renew on a monthly basis 2. House is for sale but will be shown by appointment only with consideration for the renter. 3. Electricity and Propane are included (as well as water) with acceptable levels of use. 4. Landlord shall have access to the property when needed to perform necessary maintenance including but not limited to, fire mitigation, tree felling, landscape maintenance, and or driveway maintenance. Communication with the renter will always be done prior to said maintenance unless there is an emergency. 5. 4WD/Snow Tires are required Oct 1 - May 1. 6. Parking is expected to be in the garage unless otherwise negotiate. There is no room for RVs or trailers, etc. 7. Some storage available for extra tires or miscellaneous boxes etc. if needed. 8.
