This is a monthly rental - June through August ~ 12,000 per month in advance (~3000+- per week). October through April ~2750 per month. Includes utilities. WiFi included. 2% discount for rent received before the 1st of each month. May is negotiable but must include access for repair and maintenance. Monthly Insurance company temporary placements welcome. Families welcome, Retired Persons welcome. High School Seniors (week) with all parents co-signing welcome. Winter and monthly guests (everyone except summer week guests) - Working and not working, retired must demonstrate ability to pay rent w/o difficulty. Credit and Background check required for monthly rentals.

6/1/26 - We are now advertising for Fall-Winter-Spring 2026-27 Gorgeous Direct Oceanfront Welcome to 1102 The Plaza - Monthly rental beginning 9/1/26 through 5/31/27. During the summer (in season), we offer weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday and/or whole months. The in season months are June thru September. Ocean front, nice building and unit. Just about anything you want to do is within reach - Beach, boardwalk, biking, amusement parks, or just relax in the condo or on the balcony with friends and family. Awesome sun rise and moon rise over the ocean with sun set over the bay. Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, new Jolly Jellyfish restaurant and Tiki bar, evenings live music, DJ (in season) The condo is approximately 1200 square feet, the size of a normal one level ranch home. The layout is rectangular with the balcony looking out over the lower deck with Tiki bar, full size pool, and kids pool. The view then expands panoramically over beach and ocean toward the east (Sunrise). The front of the condo faces the west looking out over the bay. Walkways on the front of the building are open giving another wide view of the bay side. Four elevators and two stairways on the front of the building give access to the condo. The front door of this condo is situated just behind one of the stairways sheltering it just a little. This works out well giving a safely nestled in feeling. As you enter the condo the main hallway extends forward leading you into the condo. When the Living room curtains are open you can see all the way thru to the ocean from the front door. Proceeding forward and left brings you to the Kitchen, then Dining Room, then Living Room and then to a triple wide slider leading onto the balcony (The Wide open Ocean Front Spectacular View). Proceeding forward and right leads to the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, Laundry, and Master Bedroom including Master Bath. At the front of the condo, (before proceeding in...) the Den is to the left. A queen sleeper sofa, lighting, TV, and dresser allow the den to be used as an optional additional bedroom for a large family. For fun there is also an electronic dart board in the Den. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a sliding glass door onto the balcony and a 3-wide window looking out over the beach and ocean. It has a queen size bed plus dresser, TV, stereo, vanity area for her, closet, master bath, 3 lamps, other recess lighting, light bar over vanity area. The 2nd bedroom is on the front entry side, with two full size beds, TV, closet, dresser, lamps, and telephone. In the front closet you will find two beach umbrellas, two beach chairs, 1 set of men's golf clubs, 2 helmets for the bicycles, and miscellaneous sand toys. Located in the bike rack in the lower level of the parking garage you will find two cruiser bicycles marked with number 1102. With the full asking amount, we include one weekend off season free. With the off season freebie, we do ask that you cover the cleaning fee only ($ 110). The off season months are from November thru March. Welcome to 1102 The Plaza ! (Questions welcome) . For Winter 26'-27' Guests, this condo becomes available in September and you may have it until end of April. May is negotiable but must include access for maintenance.
