As renters, you will have access to the large outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts, trash/recycling rooms, and can reserve the clubhouse.
The building's exterior was reconditioned in 2019 and grounds are well maintained by the community, and the interior has been improved by professional tradesman, and the owners. Community dog walking group and security patrols are a plus especially for those eager to explore many other local walking destinations such as Lake Whetstone, Spectrum town center, and even Old Town Gaithersburg. Pets considered on a case by case basis, at the discretion of the owner with additional fees and lease provisions. While our family has moved out for work reasons, but we are still in the area to attend to your needs.
