Welcome to RentFrostburg Apartments. We can rent to both student and professionals with jobs. If you're a student, our apts are only a ONE minute walk to campus These apts have been recently renovated and the closest apartments to the majority of the classroom buildings including the library, lane center, the new ccit building, Frampton, Dunkle, the Fine Arts building, etc.... You really can't get closer! They are directly across the street from Frampton Hall. If you're looking for quality, you won't be disappointed... Stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove, upgraded maple kitchen cabinets, granite bathroom vanity, large soaking bathtub, washer and dryer ... the list goes on and on... We can rent to students and also professionals with jobs. For Students, the lease can either be 9 months and is priced per semester or 12 months. For professionals with jobs, we offer 12 month rentals. Since this rental site doesn't allow semesterly pricing to be entered, please call us for semester pricing. If there is only 1 person living in a 2 bedroom apt, it would be $850 per month plus utilities. If there are 2 people renting the apt, it would be $450 per person per month plus utilities for a 12 month lease. We also have apartments available both at Park Lane (next to campus police) and 84/86 Bowery St (6 houses from the corner of College and Bowery). Please note: No parties are allowed.
