These two rooms are available during a sabbatical in Fall 2026 only. Lots of space in a very nice home that isn't usually a rental. The home is quiet, calm and well designed. This space would be ideal for mature CU students, professionals that routinely visit the area, traveling nurses, area PhD students, Sundance, or a couple with a child looking for a quiet, well-located home during an extended stay.
The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood less than a mile from 120th and Hwy 36, close to schools and parks. It's exceptionally convenient, being situated halfway between Denver and Boulder, with quick access to Highway 36 and the Northwest Parkway tollway for an easy commute to Denver International Airport.
