Lease terms

Trash and recycling service are provided by the Landlord through a licensed City of Westminster trash service provider. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities and services, including water, gas, electricity, internet, cable (if desired), and any other utilities not expressly provided by Landlord. The home includes a refrigerator, range/oven, full size washer and dryer, and water heater for Tenant's use during the lease term. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home. Parking includes a detached one car garage, private driveway, and additional on street parking where permitted. Up to two pets will be considered, subject to pet screening and Landlord approval. Approved pets require a refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $35 per approved pet. Lease terms of 12 months ($2,250/month) or 24 months ($2,190/month) are available. A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing. Prospective tenants are asked to tour the property prior to submitting an application. Applications will be considered only after a showing has occurred. Applications are reviewed using consistently applied rental criteria.
