Lease start Aug 1, 2026. We're seeking a long term roommate, ideally someone who will stay at least 1yr. But we're open to a shorter 6mos lease to make sure we're a good fit! No application required. If we decide to move forward after meeting, we'll speak with the landlord as a trio to sign the lease.

About the building
We have a bedroom and an office space available for rent, in a 3-bed 2-bath house. The bedroom is upstairs with views of the flatirons.… The office space is on the lower level off of the dining room, and has a separate outdoor entrance. It's really a special space!
The house is fully furnished, though the rooms you'd be renting are unfurnished. We keep the house very calm and clean, as it truly is our space to recharge and relax. We're seeking someone who values the same and will actively contribute to keep it this way.
We have a front yard that we maintain spring thru fall (mowing, leaf cleanup, weeding, watering). Lots of room for veggie gardening if you're into that! Back patio for hanging. We also shovel in the winter months when we're graced with snow.
Housemate details
You'd share the space with two 30yo women. We're career oriented but also enjoy the outdoors and time with friends when not working. We're up around 6am, asleep around 10pm and would prefer someone on a similar rhythm. Happy to chat more over the phone!
