The deposit can be paid in a few monthly installments. The Deposit will be returned to you if room is left in good clean condition upon leaving. You will need to fill out a rental application for the off site landlords to review. References and Possible Background Check Required. NO FEE.
If accepted, you may review and must sign 6 MONTH or 1 YEAR multi page detailed Rental Lease Agreement. Length of the room lease is per discretion of the owners.
