Lease terms

Utilities and Services: Rent includes Wi-Fi, water, cable TV, and access to shared building amenities. Electricity: Electricity is not included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for the full payment of all monthly electricity bills. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Maintenance and Small Repairs: The tenant is responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements resulting from daily wear and tear such as burnt-out bulbs or minor damages up to a limit of $200.00 per occurrence. Condominium Fines: Any fines issued by the Homeowners Association (HOA) or Condominium Association due to the tenant's non-compliance with rules are the sole responsibility of the tenant. Last Month's Rent: Payment for the final month of the lease term is due in full upon the signing of this agreement. Structural Alterations: Any structural or aesthetic alterations to the apartment are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the landlord. Occupancy Limit: The premises are intended for occupancy by a maximum of four (4) adults and one (1) child. Omitted Matters: Any actions or issues not explicitly addressed in this contract must be referred to the property managers or the landlord for consultation and approval.
