It is very spacious with a main living room, finished basement, separate dining room, gear storage area, laundry, huge yard and patio, bay windows, updated kitchen, so many plants, included HOA gives access to a pool & pickle ball/tennis court. The house is 3,000+ sq feet, so plenty of space for everyone! Current housemates will take some of the furniture, etc. them, but it is still mostly furnished. Happy to have you add your own in shared spaces to make it your own as well! Conveniently located: 5 min drive to King Soopers, 1 block from a massive park, 5 min bike to Avery brewing, and 10-15 mins to most things in Boulder. Very quiet and cool neighborhood. About the housemates: Dillon (35-year old male): Full-time carpenter running my own cabinet/furniture making business. I'm into running, mountain biking, camping, hiking, backpacking, house plants, having a beer in pretty neat nature spots, snowboarding and a few other shenanigans along the way. I love to cook and place a lot of value on a clean kitchen and shared living spaces. My partner lives up in Nederland, so I spend some time up there as well. Jordan (31): Works full-time on an organic farm in Boulder, and lives an active, grounded lifestyle; into fitness, hiking, psychology/philosophy, and keeping the house environment calm, clean, and respectful; Social and friendly but also values personal space and low-drama living. Generally pretty easy-going, communicative, and considerate as a housemate. About you: We are looking for one or two clean, respectful housemates who are preferably cool AF, communicative, empathetic and who pick up after themselves in common areas and share in house maintenance and cleanliness tasks. Happy to hang out here and there- share a meal or a drink, but we all live our own independent, busy lives and want future housemates to do the same. We would be stoked on someone with a dog- no cats are allowed, unfortunately. My partner's dog, Azar, is around quite a bit- he is sweet, mellow and old. Any additional pups must be dog-friendly.
