Comfortable and fully-stocked 6 bed, 3 bath house in Arvada about 1.5mi from Olde Town city center.… This is a rent-by-the-room house with shared common areas. We currently have 3 roommates cohabitating with an additional 2 bedrooms available (5 tenants max). All bedrooms have a large closet, ceiling fan, and get a lot of natural light with new Andersen windows and modern blinds. The kitchen features all brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators to accommodate everyone's food and beverages. There's even a stand-up freezer in the garage for anything that doesn't fit. Washer and dryer are free to use. The laundry room is fully equipped with a wash basin, iron/ironing board, table to fold clothes, clothes line, and shelves for storage. The backyard and 15x25' covered patio are amazing for relaxing and hanging out during the warmer months. There's a fire pit for cooler nights. Ralston Creek runs along the backyard for peaceful sounds of running water. We have an 8x8' raised bed garden for any housemates who'd like to grow their own herbs and vegetables. The spacious garage allows for extra storage and 1 parking spot (extra fee). 2 driveway parking spots are also available (extra fee), but street parking is always abundant. The location is very convenient for commuting to work and/or grabbing groceries or home supplies. Driving proximity -- Downtown Denver: 15-20 mins, Boulder: 30 mins, Golden: 15 mins, Costco: 10 mins, Walmart: 5 mins, King Soopers: 3 mins, Home Depot: 10 mins, plus restaurants/bars and entertainment are everywhere nearby!
