First Floor, renovated, amazing location, easy parking, two bedroom, one bath.…
Each building has four units. Our unit was renovated a few years ago and has stainless appliances, wonderful bathroom, and welcoming Kitchen. Kitchen has an open format with a wonderful bench in the dining room which compliments hosting and having guests over. There is access to a wonderful swimming pool and living on the first floor really gives the unit a house like feel as your car can be parked right outside the door. There is a back patio area which is great for bbqing or hanging out. There are two areas on the property to do laundry. Our previous tenant lived there 4 years and loved the unit. No pets and HOA approval required.
