Looking for a minimum year lease agreement for nonsmoking tenants. Flexible move in/out dates starting immediately. House will be professionally cleaned and maintained ahead of move-in. Tenants will be required to pay for utilities - including trash, internet, water and electric/gas. Depending on usage and preferences, this ranges between $250-$400/per month. Tenants also required to shovel snow off sidewalks (City of Boulder mandate) and provide lawn care (open to discussion). Pets are negotiable, but not preferred. Attached garage included. The house is semi-furnished with a few couches and tables, if interested. If not, we can put into storage.
