Looking for a minimum year lease agreement for nonsmoking tenants. Flexible move in/out dates starting immediately. House will be professionally cleaned and maintained ahead of move-in. Tenants will be required to pay for utilities - including trash, internet, water and electric/gas. Depending on usage and preferences, this ranges between $250-$400/per month. Tenants also required to shovel snow off sidewalks (City of Boulder mandate) and provide lawn care (open to discussion). Pets are negotiable, but not preferred. Attached garage included.
