LEASE TERMS: I prefer - a 9 to 12 month lease, but am open to talk about less or more. ADU In-law suite can be included in the lease for an additional $1050/month. If you want all utilities paid by landlord, then add $475/mo to the rental rate. If tenant desires snow removal to be paid by landlord then add $200/mo to the rental rate. Two garage stalls include at no charge, third stall is an additional $125/month. Dogs are okay with a separate $1000 deposit per animal (two max). Furnished or unfurnished at the same price. Landlord will pay for all yard care and water usage.
