Lease terms

The monthly rent is $2,500. Utilities are not included and will be shared based on actual usage. Internet service is also shared. A security deposit is required, and a minimum 12-month lease is preferred. No pets and no smoking are permitted inside the home. The rental includes the entire upper level of the home, featuring the spacious primary bedroom and a second private bedroom, as well as access to the kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry, and all common living areas. The owner retains access to one downstairs bedroom for occasional use only and is rarely on the property, allowing tenants to enjoy the home with a high degree of privacy. Landscaping and yard maintenance are provided by the HOA, so tenants are not responsible for maintaining the exterior of the property. Tenants are expected to care for the home, keep shared spaces clean, and treat the property with respect throughout the lease.
