Electric bills over $150.00 a month is responsibility of the renters unless pre-arranged. washer/dryer available, full kitchen, fully furnished Heat pump, electric A/C + heat. Price is for 3 people any others extra fee. Total 4 people. Must carry renters insurance if staying longer than 3 months Parking on property. NO PETS/SMOKING/VAPING. No loud parties after 10 am. House is PET/SMOKE/VAPE FREE or candles. a $250.00 fee will be deducted from security deposit for extra cleaning due to any of these violations. Monthly Cleaning by my cleaning people is required, price included in rental. Farm is not included in lease only land around the house.
