Incredible tenants have purchased a home so we're letting them go and interested in a quicker than normal turn around.… Pics are lived in and it hasn't had a deep cleaning just yet but we wanted to get eyes on it right away.

A slice of beautiful living with open sky and tons of green yet only 2.6 miles from Skagit Valley Hospital, 1.8 Miles from Haggen, and 2.8 miles from Skagit Valley College - All bike/walk able with full sidewalks once you've hit Division st.
