About the building

My home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a picture-perfect view of the Flatirons. Owner is the landlord. It has hardwood floors throughout, floor-to-ceiling windows in living room area. There is both a small storage shed in the front and a custom-built bike shed in the back yard, which has hooks for six bikes and space for other equipment. Brand-new heat pump (installed December '25) provides efficient heating as well as AC for the summer. Kitchen has gas stove, new dishwasher and a large window looking out at a well-attended bird feeder. Tankless gas water heater. The insulation recently upgraded, so heating bills are reduced in the winter and a whole house fan in the attic keeps the house cool in the summer (in addition the the new heat pump!) The large garden in the front fills up with irises in the spring and sunflowers in the summer. The sprinkler system has drip irrigation built into veggie beds that you are welcome to use. It is located four blocks from an elementary school and five blocks from an entrance to the Boulder bike path system. It's about half-mile to trails in two directions and is within walking distance of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The house currently has a large front-loading washing machine.
