This is a true three bedroom apartment (no walk through bedrooms) with a lot of space and great views. It is in a Victorian era building and features custom craftmanship typical of the mansions of the time. The apartment has naturally finished hardwood floors throughout, except for the kitchen and bath which are tiled, and great views over Hagerstown from both the front and back. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a very large living room, a bathroom, a foyer with a very large closet, two small hallways, and a deck/balcony off of the kitchen. The apartment is located on North Potomac Street near North Street, several blocks north of the city square.
The living room is enormous. It measures a maximum of approximately 25' by 19' at the extremes and features two recessed windows with built in seating, one very large bay area with two windows and two seats, and two ceiling fans. This room has great views over the city out of 3 different windows. The bedrooms feature their own access to the hallways or foyer and are not walk through rooms that sometimes occur in older buildings. The apartment is on the third floor, which is why it has the great views, and is the top floor of the building, so no tenants would be living above.
The apartment building features a large front yard and a back area featuring an offstreet parking area for one personal vehicle per apartment.
The kitchen will include a range and refrigerator if needed.
