Available for move in immediately. Each rooms have an additional assigned semi private common area for extra space, shared laundry, kitchen and garage. Landlord pays for toilet paper and paper towels. This is a quiet house with a big yard in a great location for walkability, biking and public transportation with multiple bus stops at one end of the neighborhood and the Table Mesa Transit Station at the other. Easy access to the airport, Denver, Longmont, etc. 1/2 mile walk to Safeway, delicious restaurants, stores, East Boulder Rec Center, Bobolink open space, playgrounds and the library. For students it is a quick bus or bike to CU & for traveling nurses it is less than a 2 mile bike to BCH through neighborhoods and the bike path. About the space: shared kitchen, laundry & garage for gear. First come first serve parking in the large driveway but there is also ample street parking. Respectfully engaging and cleanliness is a must with a shared kitchen/laundry and quiet hours 8 pm through 8 am on the weekdays and 10 pm through 10 am are ideal. No smoking, 30 days notice to vacate, pets considered on a case by case basis with a small monthly pet fee. There is a dog & a cat on the premises currently. All applicants will apply on Zillow, which will include a background and credit check.
