It's located in a convenient location in South Boulder. Near the Table Mesa shopping plaza which has 2 grocery stores, banks, restaurants and other amenities. Also near bus routes to downtown Boulder, Denver and the bike path that leads to campus and downtown. Also near many hiking trails in south Boulder. The house is a duplex with a totally separate apartment in the basement. Both units have separate entrances and laundry. Only shared space is the 1 car garage and backyard. The garage is used by all the residents for storage - mostly recreational toys (like bikes, skis, kayaks, etc.). The upstairs is the unit for rent. Downstairs is rented to long term tenants who are very quiet and respectful. Well behaved pet(s) will be considered with good references. One time $200 non-refundable fee (per pet). Looking for mature, quiet, respectful renters. Ideally non-smokers. House has been very popular with graduate students and couples working from home who need a home office. Location is 1 block from the bike path network that goes all over Boulder - super convenient if you are commuting to work or campus on bike. Also located near bus route to downtown Boulder or Denver.
