Lease terms

Applicant/Tenant(s) acknowledges that Florida Landlords and/or any of its Real Estate Sales Associates, Broker Associates or employees do not represent the Applicant(s) and/or Tenant(s). Florida Landlords and/or any of its Real Estate Sales Associates and Broker Associates are acting as a single agent as provided by Florida Statute 475. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that there might be multiple applications submitted at the same time for any particular unit. Owners and/or Florida Landlords reserve the rights to select the most suitable application to their sole discretion in accordance with Equal Housing Regulations. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that this is a routine application to establish credit, background, character, employment, income, and rental history. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that at least 2.5X the amount of rent for income is required. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that this is NOT an agreement to rent and that all applications must be approved with deposits in order to have a property secured. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that Florida Landlords is authorized to contact past and present landlords, employers, creditors, credit bureaus, neighbors, and any other sources deemed necessary to investigate applicant. Applicant/Tenant(s), verifies that all information is true, accurate, and complete to the best of the applicants knowledge. Applicant/Tenant(s), agrees that the landlord may reserve the rights to disqualify tenant if the information is not as represented. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that they will be charged a $65 NONREFUNDABLE FEE for processing the Application. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that upon approval they will be charged a one time administrative fee of $150.00 accompany with a signed lease agreement. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that Renters' Insurance will be required for the property they am applying for and that they may not move in until proof of insurance paid in full is presented to Florida Landlords.
