The home is available mid-August through mid-November, with a possibility to extend through the end of 2026. We're happy to work with someone who only needs a few months within that window; timing is flexible. We would offer a discount to someone who can commit to the full period. This would be a good fit for a family new to Boulder, needing a place to land, someone remodeling their own home, or grad students wrapping up a final semester. As this is our primary home, we require a full background check and references from all applicants. Well-behaved dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis.
