About the building
The home is available mid-August through mid-November, with a possibility to
extend through the end of 2026.… We're happy to work with someone who only
needs a few months within that window; timing is flexible. We would offer a
discount to someone who can commit to the full period.
This would be a good fit for a family new to Boulder, needing a place to
land, someone remodeling their own home, or grad students wrapping up a final semester. We've been renting a room in our basement on Airbnb for a few years, and we'd be happy to share our profile with you.
