It has generous amount of natural light coming in through bay windows and a spacious bedroom conjoined to a living area with a closet. The ceilings are high, there are original oak hardwood floors throughout, vinyl tile in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen has a new gas range and stove top, as well as a full size refrigerator. The unit has a new AC window unit that accommodates the apartment's cooling needs. The unit's utilities are the responsibility of the tenant and are apportioned according to the number of occupied units and invoiced from the owner to the tenant on a monthly basis. There will be a stackable washer/dryer installed in the kitchen area before the August 1st availability. Neighbors in the building are quiet working professionals, many who have been there for some time. The building just received a upgrade to the front garden: gone is the concrete slab (that once covered the front garden) and is replaced with professional landscaping, evergreen ground cover, a flowering crapemyrtle, flagstone steppingstones, an updated cement staircase and a Butler stone curb with a flagstone cap.
