We are renting out one bedroom upstairs and both bedrooms in the basement!! There are 4 rooms in the house and 1 studio above the garage, so 5 people total share the space, and there sure is a lot of space This charming farmhouse is located off a dirt road in north Boulder on 1.5 acres of land. 4WD/AWD is recommended for winter months. We're 15 minutes from downtown but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of things. The house is bright, light, and has old farmhouse charm with a lovely patio! Since we are out of town a ways we run on well water and propane and also have to keep up with mice deterrent in the home. All rooms are available starting June 1st. Each room is $860/mo + utilities ($1,000 deposit) Upstairs you will share a bathroom with two others, as well as enjoy a furnished living room space, dining room, and a wood burning stove. There is another living space in the basement along with the two bedrooms, a fireplace and another bathroom is down there, as well as the laundry room.
