Short walk to shops/restaurants of Pearl Street's east end. Bike lanes are situated on Pine Street and the bus line is less than a block away. Ideal location for professionals or graduate/post-graduate students. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on the property. We've owned the home for over 25 years, and one of the most important things we're looking for are renters who are respectful and good neighbors for the surrounding community. We pay water/sewer, trash/recycling/compost, and maintenance (including lawn maintenance). Renters pay gas, electric, internet, and are also responsible for customary maintenance (e.g., light bulb replacement, home cleaning) and for snow removal from walkways and sidewalk in front of home. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and disposal. Washer and dryer in separate, locked room attached to home, which are shared only with the renters in our adjacent 2BR home. Distances on foot: 4 minutes to Spruce Outdoor Pool, 5 minutes to Pearl Street, 13 minutes to Pearl Street Walking Mall, 13 minutes to Natural Grocers, 16 minutes to YMCA, 18-20 minutes to Whole Foods and Trader Joes, and 35 minutes to CU (24 minutes by bus).
