Ideal location for professionals or graduate/post-graduate students. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on the property. We've owned the home for over 25 years, and one of the most important things we're looking for are renters who are respectful and good neighbors for the surrounding community. We pay water/sewer, trash/recycling/compost, and maintenance (including lawn maintenance). Renters pay gas, electric, internet, and are also responsible for customary maintenance (e.g., light bulb replacement, home cleaning) and for snow removal from walkways and sidewalk in front of home.
