Home was previously being listed to sell but pulled off market to rent long-term as the owners want a place in Boulder to be able to return to down the road. Kitchen and Master bath are brand new, much of the rest of the house is heavily updated. There is a separate ADU in the basement level with separate entrance that was previously rented out to exchange students while owners lived on premises.
