We absolutely love this home and are looking for tenants who will enjoy and care… for it the same way we have. Built in 2023, this is a modern, energy-efficient home in one of the best locations in Superior.
The house sits on a quiet corner lot with no immediate neighbors behind you, which gives it a very open and peaceful feel. Right outside, you have access to beautiful walking trails, open space, and Founders Park. Downtown Superior, shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences are all just minutes away.
