Home can be rented month-to-month with no commitment for $5,000 per month but lease commencement date must be NO LATER than June 15th either way. Rents are FIRM. Standard first month, last month, and posted REFUNDABLE damage deposit required prior to occupancy. Professional $250 departure cleaning charge and flat/non-refundable $100 fee per dog (if applicable) due at the same time. Good references and signed lease agreement with government-issued photo ID also required from tenant who must be at least 25 years old. For legal/simplicity reasons, only one name is allowed on the lease and we do not rent to companies. Tenant pays for water and electricity* (reimburses owner monthly). Owner pays for existing WiFi/satellite television packages, weekly pool/hot tub service, yard service, and pest control service. There are no utility accounts, etc., that need to be opened with a large deposit, since everything conveniently remains in the owner's name!
