Lease Term: 12-month lease Monthly Rent: $2,850 Utility Fee: $75/month (electric) Water and sewer are included in the rent. Security deposit is required prior to move-in. Amount will be outlined in the lease agreement and is subject to application approval. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with approval. Pet deposit required. Breed and size restrictions may apply. Only approved occupants may reside in the home. Rent Payments Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late fees apply as outlined in the lease agreement. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Renter's Insurance: Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must remain active throughout the lease term.
