I'm respectful, clean, and animal-friendly, and I keep things peaceful while working from home. My sweet dog Bruno gets along great with other pets (including cats), and your pets are welcome too. The home has great natural light, comfy shared spaces, and plenty of privacy when you want it. Inside: sunny living room, clean kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet upstairs, cozy fireplace, 3/4 bath with bedroom downstairs. Both are available, and take your choice of one or both. All appliances, new furnace and A/C. Outside: Attached 2-car garage, a huge fenced backyard, and a brand-new deck (installation phase), perfect for relaxing and happy pets. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super walkable, close to Harper Lake, the dog park, trails, downtown Louisville, and the bus line with quick access to 36, 42, 287, and 7. A peaceful, friendly home that's easy to enjoy.
