The home is being leased for one year but can be converted to a PURCHASE anytime during that lease period. The owner can seller finance, so happy to learn all about you and your situation and keep an open mind. Im also open to mid term rentals as well. The home is decorated with Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, Ethan Allen, All Modern, etc furnishings. It is in the pristine Broadlands Public Golf Course neighborhood called Summer Park in Broomfield, Colorado. Conviently located just 25 minutes to downtown Denver, Denver International airport (just a 25 min drive on the Toll Road), and Boulder (20-25 min). Cute downtown Louisville and Lafayette farmers markets, summer festivals and dining and shopping are just 10 minutes away. This is a quiet, quaint, safe white picket fence neighborhood with a 18 hole golf course, shopping and dining nearby. The community also has a large seasonal swimming pool. There are also hundreds of walking and biking paths right out the door. This was the owner's own home and she spent 7 months renovating the kitchen with custom cabinetry by Wedgewood, all stainless appliances and a 36" Jenn Aire gas stove. The master bedroom and bath were also extensively renovated with Acacia wood ceilings, marble and mother of pearl luxury 5 piece bathroom, large rainfall shower, soaking tub, chandelier, etc. There is a vanity with a mirror and 3 different kinds of lighting for those who like to primp in style.
