The minimum monthy stay is 28 days as per the City of Key West. This means no weekly or weekend stays. The maximum occupany is 6 people. Smoking anything on the property is strictly not permitted. Pets of any type are not allowed. There will be an electric surcharge if an EV is charged. Property owner needs to be notified if an EV will be stationed at the house. Guests should respect the house/furnishings, and keep it tidy.

Casa Atlantic 1310 Atlantic Drive, Key West, Florida 33040 Casa Atlantic is located in the upscale Casa Marina District on a quiet shrub lined street… that has very little traffic because it is not a through street. This luxury house that was built in 2013 with 1,672 sq. ft. of finished indoor space has everything that is needed, except refreshments and food. When the 4 decks (1st. floor front, 2nd floor front, 1st floor rear, 2nd floor rear) off the house are included, there is 2,224 sq. ft. to spread out and enjoy yourself. Plus, a deck with an inground heated 8 x 12 pool, BBQ grill, dining table, and comfortable furniture enable fun socialization, and much enjoyment. When relaxing on the rear deck, you are in a private tropical oasis because the property backs up to the Indigenous (original) Forest, that is across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. There is a Gumbo Limbo tree with colorful live orchids that have been grafted into the limbs to add festive colors. The inside living space is a great place to unwind after a tough (LOL) day on the beach, shopping, dining, sightseeing, and doing everything else that Key West offers. Of course, the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything needed for cooking, serving, and eating. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the 1st floor shares the main bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 Twin beds. On the 2nd floor there is a Queen and King Bed. All the 3 bedrooms, have new flatscreen TV's, ceiling fans, comfortable bedding. You'll have freshly laundered linens, blankets, and towels. On the 2nd floor there is a desk that you shouldn't use (LOL) since you are on vacation. Included in the rental price is a mid-stay cleaning, Living at Casa Atlantic will be like staying in a 5-Star hotel, except that you'll have much more room, and your vacation party can be all together. All the boxes are checked! About Bev & Greg Britt, Hosts & Owners: We reside at the Jersey Shore, and have been renting our 2 luxury vacation properties (Cape May, NJ & Naples, FL) for 25 years. We are hands on, and responsive to make sure our guests are totally satisfied. Our goal is to have our guests return year after year. To help us successfully achieve this goal, we have our own team that includes cleaners, laundry companies, and repair personnel. There is a saying about real estate that location, location, location means everything. The location of Casa Atlantic is perfect for those who enjoy going to the beach & swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. The Clarence S. Higgs Memorial Beach Park is just a 5-minute walk away. Besides on the beach activities such as sunbathing, volleyball & a children's playground, this park features basketball, tennis & paddle ball courts. All the courts are free to play on!
