With a private saltwater pool, off-street parking, and a spacious floor plan, this home is ideal for those seeking an extended stay in one of Key West's most vibrant neighborhoods. Interior Features - First Floor: Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with French doors leading to a private outdoor pool deck. The living room features a leather sofa and striking artwork, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. - Kitchen: Fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and extensive cookware for a variety of culinary needs. - Dining Area: Comfortably seats six. - Second Floor: Primary suite includes a private balcony, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a large jetted tub, separate multi-head shower, and granite countertops. - Third Floor: Two additional bedrooms one queen room and one with two twin beds plus a shared full bathroom. - Televisions: TVs in all bedrooms and living room, with cable and streaming services available. Outdoor Living - Private Pool: Saltwater pool and deck for lounging and relaxation. - Front Porch Entry: Access through a private gate and charming front porch. Multiple months reservations might be subject to a higher security deposit fee. Any reservations 28 days or longer will require additional clean/cleans to be scheduled. Additional payment will be collected and the amount of cleans will depend on the length of your stay. Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/31. Pool heat is provided as a standard amenity to our guests from October through May. Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. If it is requested by guests from June through September then it is available for an additional charge. The pool is a salt pool. This home comes with a Nespresso machine (pods not provided). There are televisions in all the bedrooms as well as in the living room. Plus we provide an extensive range of cable and streaming channels on all televisions. This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area. Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area. Please note that max occupancy includes infants. Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry. Pets: This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm! Parking Details: - One assigned parking space.
