Lease terms

This house comes fully furnished as shown in the photos. Basic utilities (gas, water, and trash only) paid by owner. Owner will also pay the first $100 of the electric bill and the renter will pay any amount over that. Renter will pay internet. Up to two dogs allowed ($100 per animal per month with a $100 security deposit for each). No smoking within the home. Two driveway parking spots and street parking in spring and summer months. Guest staying longer than a week need to be included on lease. Background check required, paid by renter, and applied to first month's rent. $3,200 per month on a month by month basis. Lease contract required. We require first and last month's rent, along with a security deposit of $3,200 of which only $2,700 is refundable. $500 will be kept for cleaning purposes. If you would like to lease for at least 6 months, we will drop the price to $3,000 per month with a $3,000 security deposit.
