Hardwood flooring throughout except ceramic tile in kitchen and bath.… Large living/dining area features newer sliding doors to the patio. The kitchen has stone countertops and newer kitchen appliances, including a gas stove, and full size washer and drier. The bathroom has a newer a ceramic tub surround , a bowl sink and a unique vanity. This home has great closet space: a walk-in closet in the bedroom, a coat closet near the entry and another coat closet in the hallway between the kitchen and the bath areas. There is also a storage area in the basement. - you can get your own padlock for your area. This home is less than half a mile to Prince George's Community College and there is a bus stop at the corner with Campus Way (about .2 miles) and the Largo Metro Station is 1.2 miles. This home is right off the Beltway and not far from Largo Town Center. No pets. Note there is a microwave, but it isn't built in. There are 2 parking passes: one for the tenant and one for a guest, provided by the owner.
We are using the PG County application. Please include proof of funds, employment, and salary. Usually 2 months bank statements and 2 recent pay stubs. If that looks OK, then we will give you a link to American Apartment Owners Association where the applicant will pay them directly for the credit and identity confirmation check. The owner requested the $50 check (the only one with an identity check).
If accepted, then the first month's rent ($1750) and security deposit $1750) will be in secure funds such as cashier's check or money order, due at the time of signing the lease. One to the real estate office and one to the owner. If the lease starts on a date other than the first of the month, then the proration will apply to the second month.
Tenant is requested to get CONDO - tenant's liability insurance w. landlord as secondary; $300,000 and $10,000 additional insurance to cover the deductible from the condo master policy. This is highly recommended for your own protection. The insurance is generally not expensive.
