Mar 29, 2020NEW UPDATE 3/29/2020 during the COVID pandemic - they have closed the pools. But no other apartments on 4 th sheet or Gulfport even closed theirs. BIGGEST MOST RIDICULOUS THING : my almost 5 year old daughter cannot draw with CHALKKKKKK right in front of our door —- even if I offer to clean it up immediately when she is done !!!! She’s 4? No pool. No parks. She cannot stay inside DUDE SHES A KIDDDDDD. I’ll wash the chalk away. Roaches. Drug dealers. Horrible noise.

(Jessica's )Lead Leasing Agent suddenly vacated his job here. NEW manager hired her own BFF for Leasing in October, hmmm?
Underneath a few new trees and bushes there is still a lot of dirt, debris, cracked concrete, sagging ceilings, mold issues, dirty moldy air ducts, faucet water that runs clear-dirty-clear-dirty-clear-dirty.
The windows are in a JOKE. They are not replaced with everything else. Too expensive. I've never seen draftier windows. Watch your $$$$ get sucked out of them while you look at the gleaming brand new office building they made for themselves.
