I am ideally looking for a six-month to one-year lease beginning around September 1, with one month's rent as the deposit. The move-in date is flexible for the right person. Pets are genuinely welcome. There is no additional deposit for one pet, and we can discuss arrangements for multiple animals, including the glamorous details of the backyard-poop schedule. Important question: are they determined plant chewers? Because I have a lot of plants. We may also be able to help each other with occasional pet watching. Applications, screening, lease documents, deposits, and rent payments will all be handled securely through Zillow.

Looking for the right person to share my laid-back home on the Westminster/Arvada line near Sheridan. You would have a west-facing bedroom plus the entire basement, giving you plenty of private space and storage while still enjoying the benefits of a shared home.
The house has a huge fenced backyard with a doggy door, covered patio, fire pit, oversized storage shed, and access to the garage. It is conveniently located just minutes from Walmart and City Market, about half a mile from Planet Fitness and Sheridan Boulevard, and roughly 10 minutes from US-36, I-76, and I-70.
I am a nurse with a changing schedule. I am clean, respectful, somewhat introverted, and usually tinkering in the garage, camping, or shredding bike trails. I am sober, so I am especially interested in someone who appreciates that lifestyle. You do not need to identify as sober, but nothing in the house please. Someone who does not work remotely full-time and is over 30yo would likely be the best fit. It would just be us 2.
