The layout is flexible and well suited for extended stays, offering space to live, work, gather, and relax. There is a regulation-height basketball hoop inside the entry where you can actually shoot a three pointer that inspired the home's name. There is a minimum of 2 month stay in summer and spring, and 1 month the rest of the year. The fully enclosed fenced backyard is perfect for dogs. The relaxing outdoor space has a deck, pergola, fire pit, pond, and outdoor dining area. Parking includes a two-car garage, driveway space, and additional street parking. The home is located one mile from I-205, offering easy regional access while remaining well suited for quiet evenings at home. The main living areas are open and connected, with generous seating and a dining table that can seat up to ten as needed. A separate family room features a 65" Roku TV with surround sound, making it an easy place to unwind in the evenings. Noise-reducing curtains in the living and family rooms help maintain a calm, quiet atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and real use, with a dedicated coffee station, quality small appliances, and ample glassware for everyday use and celebrations. A second dining table seating six and bar seating at the island provide additional flexibility for meals, homework, or casual meetings.
