Windmill consists of twenty well-maintained four-plex built in 1987. Each two-bedroom two bath apartment is on one level, all have the same floor plan. Improvements to update the apartments are done when the apartment is turned. The kitchen has cabinet doors that have been changed in the past 4 or fewer years and a new countertop. We are also changing the faucets in the kitchen to a more modern high profile faucet. The floors are being changed to vinyl plank throughout the main part of the house with the exception of the two bedrooms which will remain carpeted. There is an accent wall in the dining room and the living room. Each unit has a heat pump for heating and cooling, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The woodwork is Colonial trim and six-panel wood doors throughout the apartment. We have a heated seasonal pool for our residents as well as a workout room that is open from 9 am to 9 pm. There is plenty of parking available. For those who like the trails Fanno Creek Trail is right beside us. Dirksen Nature Park is right across the street from us with all sorts of areas to explore. Windmill is less than one mile from the center of the city of Tigard to the East, and one mile from the Mall to the North.
