Rent $1600, security deposit $1600 One person only- not negotiable. Month to month rental contract, though I am looking for a long term renter. Must show proof of employment No cigarette smoking or illicit drug use. A small dog would be considered for a fee of $50 more per month for a total of $1650 per month. (NO cats) By law, this additional fee would be waived for Service and Emotional Support dogs. ESA dogs must comply with California State assembly bill 468. General guidelines: Individuals must establish a 30-day patient-provider relationship with their healthcare professional before obtaining an ESA letter in California. The ESA letter should be current and written by a licensed mental health professional who is actively treating the renter. Overnight guests limited to 4 times per month. Please note: Anyone who would be leaving and/or coming back to the property between 10pm and 7am on a frequent basis will not be considered, only because of the shared walls.

Private entrance is through gate on side of the main house. - main room is approx. 13' x 15' plus separate kitchenette with full size sink and refrigerator - 10' x 20' yard enclosed by redwood privacy fence - bathroom with tub/shower - all utilities and wifi included - street parking - Please note: Anyone who would be leaving and/or coming back to the property between 10pm and 7am on a frequent basis will not be considered, only because of the shared walls.
