Our property is located 15 mins from the east side of Gresham, 20 mins from Clackamas, and 40 minutes from Mount Hood. We are a 5 minute walk from Joes Donuts and Mountain Moka coffee shop. So many different stores and restaurants are just a short drive away in Sandy. Living at Creekside loop offers our tenants (some have resided with us for over 10 years!) close proximity to major cities & shopping hubs, while being removed enough from headaches associated with big cities. All of our units are 2 bed/2 bath, with an assigned parking spot and an assigned garage at no additional cost. Each unit has a gas fire place and balcony with all appliances needed for daily living.
