The Ritz

Built in 1950, the Ritz is a small community of 10 apartments nestled within the 5 Points neighborhood, residents can easily walk to Mellow Mushroom, Filter Coffee, Bay Leaf, and Chez FonFon. Additionally, the UAB campus is conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk. Each apartment at The Ritz is a little different, so we urge all who are interested to take a tour of the apartments in person. New residents must set up their electric accounts with Alabama Power and water/sewer accounts with Central Alabama Water.
