The Palisades is a residential neighborhood in North West Washington D.C. that borders the Potomac River. The Palisades is one of the largest neighborhoods, spanning from Georgetown all the way to the Maryland border. Real Estate in the area consists of a mixture of houses, apartments and townhouses. There are a number of great restaurants in the area. The neighborhood also features an annual July 4th parade down the main strip of town.
