This is a 2 Story community with upstairs and downstairs options with onsite washer and dyer, it is also steps away from UF's innovation square. Included in rent is water/sewer, trash, parking and pest control. Great apartment features: Kitchens equipped with Stove and Fridge and updated countertop and cabinets. Double closets and built in shelving in bedrooms. Built in bookcases in living areas. Ceiling Fans in living area and bedrooms. Water and Sewer included in rent. Back patio space. Close to downtown and UF. This apartment only requires a $40 application fee per adult, a $500 security deposit and a full first months rent. Additional deposits and rent fees for pets, per pet. To qualify you will need to have a monthly household income of at least 3 times the rent. You will also need a 600 or higher credit score and we will do a background check. Any evictions or landlord claims may immediately disqualify you.
