Tenant must pay one month security deposit and one month advance rent, lease is month by month and require 1 month notice for both parties to terminate the lease. House is located in a very safe quiet neighborhood, good location, close to supermarket, CVS , Aldi, 7 mins drive to metro ( red line ) Glenmont Station and ten min to white oak FDA. 5mins to ICC200, 20 mins drive to Rockville.
