Welcome to Rainbow Retreat - A Creative Home in the Heart of Sebastopol Who we are: Rainbow Retreat is currently home to a group of five adults, one adorable toddler, a dog, and four cats - an eclectic, inclusive community. We are fat, queer, poly, disabled, black, white, jewish, atheist, veggie and non-veggie, creative folks in our 40s and 50s. We work from home and strive to make Rainbow Retreat a friendly, welcoming place. Your Space - the Carriage House Tucked onto our peaceful one-acre property in downtown Sebastopol, the Carriage House is one of four separate freestanding homes and is for your exclusive use. This charming two story, two bedroom, one bathroom home offers a flexible, open downstairs area that can serve as one of two bedrooms or can be shaped to suit your needs - whether that's lounging, sleeping, remote working, or gathering, you'll have the space for it. A private covered balcony invites you to sit among the trees and listen to bird songs while you chat, read, or dine. Access includes exterior stairs and an internal spiral staircase that adds to the home's unique character. Comfort & Practical Perks + Parking for one car included (additional parking may be negotiable) + Complimentary laundry access + Pet-friendly (Dogs and cats welcome. Pet deposit required.
