The home is a clean, spacious, well maintained two story, four bedroom, 2.5 bath home with high ceilings and lots of light, great yard, nestled against the base of a small hill with redwoods and oak trees. Full kitchen use as well as room in the refrigerator, freezer, and a large three shelf cupboard plus an additional shelf for storage. Five minute walk to Safeway, Bennett Valley Golf Course, Galvin Park and several restaurants. Five minute drive to Starbucks, Whole Foods, Annadel State Park (2000+ acres), Howarth Park, and Spring Lake for great hiking. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and quiet and respectful neighbors. HOA planned development includes exclusive resort like lifestyle perks such as two pools, a large hot tub, Swedish style wood saunas, a lake and walking paths, tennis courts, a basketball court, a pool table, table tennis, and a beautiful creek that runs through the property. Access is private to homeowners and tenants and there is a private security patrol. New central heater, water heater and air conditioning (replaced 2023), bamboo flooring in most of home with area rugs. Home is cleaned regularly and has a relaxing, minimalist vibe. It is a peaceful, healing environment perfect for individuals who want to unwind and relax. I usually rent two rooms and the rooms share a bath (there is another half bath for use as well), both rooms are upstairs. Both rooms are about 10x12 with large windows overlooking the backyard, trees, and visiting wildlife such as birds, squirrels, or sometimes deer beyond the fence. If both rooms are vacant and you would like to occupy the whole wing with private bath (single occupancy) fir $1400. Rooms come furnished but can be unfurnished. There is room for a few pots for an herb garden or your outside plants if desired, generally no storage outside of room but if you have a bike or similar I am glad to chat about it.
