Security Deposit A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. Examples: Furnished rental at $10,000/month: $10,000 security deposit Unfurnished rental: Security deposit based on agreed monthly rental rate The security deposit may be used for unpaid rent, excessive utility charges, damages beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, rule violations, or other tenant obligations under the lease agreement. Required Fees Professional Cleaning Fee Professional cleaning is required at the end of each tenancy.
